Cookie Notice
[Plain English: we use one cookie. It logs you in. That's it.]
Last updated · 2026-05-03
We wrote this as plainly as we could so it's actually readable. It's not legal advice — for that, talk to a lawyer in your jurisdiction.
What we use cookies for
One job: keeping you logged in. After you sign in, Supabase sets an auth cookie so the next page load knows it's still you. Without it, you'd be re-authenticating on every navigation — which nobody wants.
The list
| Cookie | Purpose | Type | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
| sb-*-auth-token | Supabase Auth — keeps you signed in | Strictly necessary | Session-bound |
What we don't use
- No advertising cookies.
- No third-party tracking pixels.
- No marketing cookies, no remarketing tags.
- No social-media share-tracking cookies.
Vercel Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics to count page views and click events. It runs without cookies— Vercel's privacy-first analytics product. No persistent identifiers, no cross-site tracking.
Future updates
If we ever add another cookie — for instance, to remember a UI preference — we'll update this page and email subscribers at least 30 days before the change. We won't add advertising or third-party tracking cookies; if that ever changes, it would also require a fresh consent flow on the page.
How to disable cookies
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings — every browser exposes this in “Privacy” or “Settings → Cookies”.
If you block our auth cookie, you won't be able to stay signed in — which means you can't play. Sign-in is required to use Tankit, so blocking the cookie effectively blocks the service. No other browsing data of yours touches us.
