Refund Policy
[Plain English: cancel anytime, but we don't issue prorated refunds. Here's the full list of when we will.]
Last updated · 2026-05-03
We wrote this as plainly as we could so it's actually readable. It's not legal advice — for that, talk to a lawyer in your jurisdiction.
All sales final, with limited exceptions
Cancel anytime — your access keeps running through the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't prorate. The exceptions where we'll actually refund money are listed below.
Pro subscription ($7.99/mo)
- You can cancel any time from your /profile (which sends you to your PayPal dashboard).
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- No prorated refunds for the active period.
- You retain Pro access through the end of the paid period, then drop back to the free tier.
Coaching Pack ($20 one-time)
- All sales final once any lesson is opened. The delivery of digital content with your express consent waives standard withdrawal rights — see the EU section below.
- The Pack includes a 7-day Pro free trial that auto-converts to a $7.99/mo Pro subscription.
- Cancel the Pro trial any time before day 7 to avoid the recurring charge — the Pack content stays unlocked.
When we will refund
We'll issue a refund without arguing in any of these cases:
- Charged in error — duplicate charge, wrong amount, billed after a confirmed cancellation.
- Technical defect— a bug on our side prevented you from accessing the service for 14 or more consecutive days, and we couldn't fix it after you reported it.
- Consumer law — PayPal Buyer Protection or your local consumer-protection law (local consumer-protection) requires the refund. We comply.
EU 14-day right of withdrawal
If you're a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days from purchase to withdraw from a contract for digital services and get a full refund.
When you tick the consent box at PayPal checkout (“I consent to immediate access and waive my 14-day right of withdrawal”), you're agreeing to start using the service right away — and waiving the 14-day right under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive. We require this because the service starts the moment you click the button.
Plain English:if you don't want to waive the 14 days, don't check the box and don't buy. If you check the box and buy, the 14-day window doesn't apply — but the other refund exceptions above still do.
How to request a refund
Email support.tankit@gmail.com from the address on your account, with the PayPal order ID and a short note about why you're asking. We'll reply within 7 business days.
Chargebacks
Filing a PayPal dispute or credit-card chargeback without first emailing us is a one-way ticket to account termination. If you have a problem, talk to us first — we'd much rather refund you quietly than fight it out with a payment processor.
